Registered Geologist and vastly experienced Business Manager in the natural resources sector, with over 20 years experience in a wide range of commodities in positions covering exploration, mine management, business management and environment.. His varied experience gives him an in-depth understanding of the full resource development cycle and multi-disciplinary approach to projects.
He has worked in a number of African jurisdictions and handled relations with stakeholders at all levels, from community to highest government levels (President, Cabinet, Parliament, Governor etc). As former Vice Chairman and current Chairman of the Kenya Chamber of Mines, he has been involved in improving regulatory framework and environment for mining across Africa..
Based out of Kenya, He has also been involved in setting up and running several mining projects including Akili Minerals Services (mineral exploration services provider), Pinsapo Kenya Ltd (gold mine development), and International consultancy assignments in mineral exploration and mine development mainly in Mozambique, Rwanda, France, Burundi, Burkina Faso, Tanzania, Zambia and Nigeria.
His speciality include Gold, Manganese, Base metals, Fluorspar, Barite, Vermiculite, Colombo-tantalite, Cassiterite, REE, Limestone (for cement), Colored Gemstones, Coal Bed Methane and Geothermal Energy.

Mr Muriithi Wanjaŭ has been in practice for over 20 years and deals in Conveyancing and Property Law, including securities. He is also involved in Intellectual Property Law, Trademarks, Patents Registration, Copyright Work and the Law and Practice surrounding Utility Models, Trade Names and Industrial Designs.
He offers services as a Partner under Wanjao and Wanjau advocates to corporate clients on specific legal issues, Governance & Compliance and Corporate Secretarial Services. Maintaining statutory records, minute books, registers of members, directors and secretaries, encumbrances and director interest in shares and generally ensuring compliance with various Statutes; Providing advisory services on type and mode of preparation of agendas, notices and minutes tailored to the needs of a specific company. He has played a major role in corporate governance issues and has been Company Secretary on retainer basis, attending Board meetings and following implementation of Board decisions as well as conduct of other Company Secretarial/Administrative work of various business concerns and NGOs.
He is also regularly involved in Arbitration and Mediation, Negotiation of Amicable Settlements of Debts (Large amount collection), Employment and Labour issues, Tax matters, restructuring and re-engineering organizations as well as setting a fully fledged legal department in commercial entities as well as involved in registration of various entities (NGOs, societies, partnerships, companies etc).

Dinesh is an affiliate member of the following professional organizations; Kenya Association of Manufacturers , Member of Kaizen Institute of East Africa , Kenya Institute of Management(KIM), Professional Trainers Association of Kenya (PTAK) and Confederation of Tanzania Industries. He has worked in East Africa for the last 15 years with different organizations. Dinesh was trained in Japan on world class manufacturing systems and throughout his career he has been a consultant for over 50 companies turning around such organizations from good to great.

He is a Mechanical Engineer by profession (B.E Mechanical, First Class from Visvesvarya Regional College of Engineering, Nagpur, India) and also completed Institute of Cost and Works Accountants (ICWA) intern of India. He has also undergone other professional trainings like Sustainable Energy Audit and Project Assessment by IFC, Leadership and Management, Corporate Governance, etc.

His key contribution to energy development and energy efficiency programmes has been remarkable in East Africa where through his firm- Lean Energy Solutions Ltd, more than 100 companies have been audited and lots of energy efficiency projects implemented. Lean Energy Solutions Ltd has worked closely with Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM) and Confederation of Tanzania Industries in helping clients achieve energy efficiency.
